Direct billing for extended health benefits/insurance may be available to you! The therapist will bill the insurance company directly at your appointment, meaning you pay less out of pocket!
IMPORTANT NOTE:
A third party program is used to bill your insurance company. At any given time, the insurance company has the right to deny or decline the claim request. You are required to pay at the time of your appointment if your company or third party declines the request. The client can then submit the claim on their own with the issued receipt given at the time of payment.
